Yes. Many of the clients I support identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent, often within high-pressure or high-visibility lives. I bring both professional expertise and personal lived experience in this area, which deepens my understanding of the realities clients and their families face.
For some, this may involve a formal diagnosis such as ADHD or autism; for others, it is simply a sense of thinking or feeling differently to the world around them. Whatever your experience, sessions are always tailored to your reality, not to a label.
This is a space where identity, safety, and self-expression are understood and respected.
Clients often seek support for stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional fatigue, addiction, grief, trauma, loneliness, trust issues and/or identity issues. Others may be navigating relationship complexities, decision fatigue, or the overall quiet cost of being visible. You don’t need a label - only a sense that you'd like something to feel different.
Yes. In some cases, I work with clients on a retainer basis. This means sessions and contact are arranged with greater flexibility, and availability is prioritised to suit the needs of those with unpredictable schedules or limited availability.

I am an accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and a registered hypnotherapist with the HS (National Hypnotherapy Society). I also hold enhanced safeguarding training and a full DBS for work with young people and vulnerable adults.
